Q: I’m new to FLORLESS — where do I begin?
A: Start with our Glow Starter Kit — it includes the Liquid African Black Soap, African Net Sponge, and Sheer Body Butter. These three products give you everything you need for a complete full body routine. Simple, effective, and a brilliant introduction to FLORLESS.
Q: Are your products suitable for men as well as women?
A: Absolutely. FLORLESS was built by a husband and wife team and our products are for everyone. Great skin has no gender.

Q: What is African Black Soap and how is it different from regular soap?
A: African black soap is made from natural ingredients including plantain skin, cocoa pods, shea butter and palm ash. Unlike most commercial soaps it doesn’t strip your skin’s natural oils. It’s anti-bacterial, pH balancing, and gentle enough for your face and whole body.
Q: Can I use African Black Soap on my face?
A: Yes — this is one of our most asked questions. Our Liquid African Black Soap is gentle enough for facial use and effective enough for your whole body. One product. Head to toe.
Q: How long until I see results?
A: We recommend giving your skin at least two weeks of consistent use. In the first week your skin may go through a brief adjustment period as it detoxes from previous products. By week two most customers notice visible improvements in texture, tone and hydration.
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes. All FLORLESS products are formulated with pure natural ingredients and are free from sulphates, parabens, synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals. We always recommend doing a patch test before first full use if you have very sensitive skin.
Q: Do you use preservatives or artificial fragrances?
A: No. Every FLORLESS product is free from synthetic preservatives, parabens and artificial scents. Just honest natural ingredients.
Q: Are your products suitable during pregnancy?
A: Most of our products use gentle natural ingredients however we always recommend consulting your midwife or GP before introducing new skincare products during pregnancy.
