Thank you for shopping with Florless Skincare & Wellness. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. UK Shipping We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — £3.99
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — £6.99
- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50
3. International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Florless Skincare & Wellness is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@florlessskincare.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
