Returns & Refunds Policy

At Florless Skincare & Wellness, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of skincare and wellness items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or wellness products
  • Gift sets that have been opened
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@florlessskincare.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return Email us at hello@florlessskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
